The Kingston Institute for Multi-Racial Inclusion (KIMRI) is a recently incorporated non-profit social enterprise, which is arguably the most holistic and substantive initiative in Kingston to address the deep seated and numerous issues of equity, diversity, inclusion and Indigenization (EDII). This initiative aims to collaborate and not compete with the various laudable and disparate initiatives that exist. We are in start-up mode, which includes forming an inclusive and competent board of directors that are prepared to contribute the dedication which will be required at this juncture. We are looking for someone who really wants to do something substantive to alleviate the historical and current racism that exist in Kingston, by joining our board of directors
