Opportunity Description:

The Rideau Trail Association Board of Directors is responsible for the governance and oversight of the Association and ensuring that the long-term success of the organization in the pursuit of its Mission and Vision.   As part of that, Directors carry out the Board’s fiduciary responsibilities, including but not limited to oversight of financial management, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, conducting risk management, and creating the necessary policies and internal controls that permit Association Officers and committees to conduct day-to-day Association activities.
