The Kingston Institute for Multi-Racial Inclusion (KIMRI) is seeking someone to assume its presidency role. KIMRI Substantive progress since being incorporated as a non-profit organization in 2021 Relevantly qualified, passionate and inclusive board of directors Its ‘holistic’ and community-wide participative mission which transcends silos and politics has attracted the support of most Kingston organizations involved with EDII work + an eagerness to collaborate with it. Who this role would be ideal for Someone who wants to make a difference in the advancement of EDII (equity, diversity, Indigenization and inclusion) in Kingston. Someone who cares about the challenges New Canadians face and making Kingston a welcoming place for them. Someone who wants to invite participation of, and provide support to, the whole community in advancing EDII Someone who wants to work with an inclusive and passionate board of directors in developing a recently incorporated and needed non-profit organization.
